W. Eric Mentzer

Eric Mentzer is the Vice President, Mobility Group General Manager of the Graphics Development Group at the World’s largest chip manufacturer, Intel Corporation. He is responsible for the architecture and product development of Intel’s integrated graphics core.

Prior to his vice presidency he was the Chief Technology Officer where he was responsible for Intel's technology vision and strategies for communications. Eric joined Intel in 1985, holding positions as a field applications engineer and an architectural specialist.

Prior to Intel, Eric was an electronics design engineer for Harris Corporation, Government Systems Sector. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
