Currently the Managing Partner at Iheira Solutions which specializes in recruiting, management consulting, and information technology solutions. Tim has over 30 years of management and information systems consulting experience, and was a pioneer in the Indian consulting business.

Prior to Iheira, Tim was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Adaptec. A tenured and innovative SAP customer, Adaptec employed a large mix of employees, consultants, and offshore facilities. Tim was responsible for worldwide infrastructure, computer operations, and business applications. He is well versed in SAP products for ERP, business intelligence and data warehousing applications.

At earlier career stops, Tim was a principal at Part of the Solution Consulting, Vice President of Information Systems at Sun Diamond Growers of California, and a systems analyst at United Airlines.

Tim was a co-author of CIO Perspectives, published in 2007.
