Shyam has over 12 years of SAP Implementation, Upgrade and Support experience in various positions. He has led several multi million dollar projects in North America, Europe, and Asia and is currently managing multiple Support and upgrade engagements for Sparta. The engagements he has overseen range in size from $500,000 / year to $8 million / year. He has been instrumental in setting up the onsite/offsite/offshore model for implementation, upgrade and support projects teams in all areas of SAP – both functional as well as technical components .

With the client’s best interests in mind, Shyam has always provided a customer centric approach on SAP engagements with emphasis on the best business decision with the ability to match client requirements. He has developed robust methodology, process and best practice templates to ensure the successful use of the SAP suite of products.

He has hands on experience as a techno functional subject matter expert in Core R/3, HCM and Portal areas and has conducted multiple assessments on SAP Upgrade and support projects. Shyam has competently managed many turnkey upgrades from 3.1 x to ECC 6.0 versions. He also has hands on experience in managing and setting up SAP COE (Center of Excellence) for support engagements.

Shyam holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University, Illinois and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from India.
