He has in-Depth knowledge of SAP CRM solution areas such as SFA, sales, service, contact center, marketing, E-Commerce and enablement of end to end processes using ERP, BI, Portals, KM and third party CTI/IVR tools. He has many speaking engagements to his credit at SAP conferences.
