Jeff has over 14 years of SAP experience. He has over 10 years of SAP Upgrade experience from a hands on Basis/Security resource, Team Lead, Project Manager, to developing and heading an industry leading SAP Upgrade Practice that was responsible for over 100 successful SAP Upgrade Projects.

Jeff helped develop the overall methodology, processes and best practices that ensured the projects were a success. He has managed multiple SAP Upgrade projects hands on and has overseen and been responsible for the success of all the upgrades within his practice. He has conducted many upgrade assessments, QA reviews, and planning sessions with clients.Jeff has been a guest speaker at multiple SAP conferences concerning SAP Upgrades.

Jeff holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
