With over 17 years of HR System Experience including multiple implementations of SAP HCM, Doug leads our HCM Practice. Having served in project management and team lead roles, having led customers through the evolution from version 3.0f to ECC 6, Doug brings his experience to bear in helping clients implement the functionality they need on time and on budget.

Doug's experience includes multiple HR/Payroll applications beyond the SAP suite, giving him a unique understanding of the challenges inherent in migrating from a legacy HR solution. He has served in a Project Management Capacity and Team Leader on 5 full SAP HR implementations - Implemented SAP payroll on 7 full implementations. Doug was a Functional Consultant on the team that completed the first live US installation of ESS and MSS on the SAP Portal. Doug has served as an Engagement Manager providing Functional support for customer ramp-ups (upgrades and new installations) of SAP HCM on ECC 6.0 including ESS and MSS. Doug is recognized as an Industry Thought Leader facilitating education sessions on SAP HCM implementations at SAP sponsored events such as Sapphire, ASUG events, and TechEd, and has served as an instructor for SAP HCM classes at SAP.
