As Executive Vice President of Sparta Consulting, Brent brings more than 17 years of proven business and technology leadership to bear in delivering quality solutions for large and medium size clients. Fifteen years of this experience has been in the SAP arena. Brent started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services with a focus in SAP Human Capital Management. He joined Rapidigm in January of 1998 as one of the first SAP project managers in the newly formed SAP Practice. Brent successfully led, managed and oversaw some of Rapidigm’s largest turn-key SAP implementations. In 2003 Brent was promoted to be the Managing Director of the overall Rapidigm SAP Practice where had complete P&L responsibility including dual accountability for new business development and successful execution of all ongoing business. In 2006 Brent became the Vice President and Managing Director of the North American SAP Practice at Fujitsu Consulting overseeing close to 1,000 SAP professionals and $120 million in annual revenue. During this time Brent continued to actively participate in the planning and execution of key client engagements often representing Fujitsu on the client executive steering committee. Brent is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Analysis and Management Information Systems. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and two sons.
