With more than 15 years of Information Technology experience (with more than 12 years of that in the SAP arena), Vaibhav has first hand experience assisting Fortune 500 companies implement and sustain complex SAP landscapes. Prior to joining Sparta, Vaibhav was responsible for managing a 1700+ employee global delivery center for a one of the top tier global consultancies as Vice-President of Global Delivery.
